BRAVO (BRown Alumni Volunteers Online)
This suite of online tools for club, class, and affinity group leaders offers broadcast e-mails, constituent data downloads, web site templates, online event RSVP/payments, and (still in development) dues payments. The functions are intuitive to use, and there is a Help Desk person who provides support if you have any problems.
