Regional Events
Find a classmate interested in hosting or organizing an event in a geographic area where there are more than 25 classmates.
Generational Events
If you don’t have many classmates in your area but want to have an event, ask the class leaders from the classes next to yours if they'd like to have an event with your class.
For both:
- Get list of classmates/alumni in the area from the online directory or Office of Alumni Relations
- Find a location
- Set date, time and price
- Recruit more volunteers, if needed
- Send save-the-date notice or invitation
- Collect RSVPs for event
- Call alumni in area to encourage them to attend
- Send list of attendees to Office of Alumni Relations after the event
