Classes: Reunions

Successful reunions are a result of good class communications. Let classmates know what is being planned for their reunion by sending class e-mail blasts and keeping the class Web site updated. The following is a suggested timeline for e-mail blasts and class Web site updates.

September/October

E-mail:

Web:

• Introduce class Web site
• General reunion schedule outline

November/December

E-mail:

• Only Six Months to Go! (Word doc.)
• Announce updated class Web site and ask classmates to update contact information (Word doc.)

Web:

• Push “lost” list of classmates
• Update classmate news section

January/February

E-mail:

• Happy New Year: The countdown to our reunion is underway (Word doc.)
• Highlight reunion class activities (Word doc.)

Web:

March/April
