BRAVO: Guidelines and Terms of Usage
BRAVO is here to serve you in your volunteer leadership role. Brown wants you to use this service to its fullest, appropriate capacity and requires that you observe the following guidelines:
- BRAVO is a service available only to authorized Brown University volunteer leaders for the sole purpose of conducting Brown University business.
- You agree to use BRAVO's services in accordance with all laws, with the Guidelines & Policies applicable to the overall Alumni Web Site, and those applicable specifically to BRAVO, as outlined herein and as they may be revised in the future.
- Information contained in the BRAVO database may not be reproduced, published or retransmitted in any format. Using the capabilities of BRAVO or the information contained in BRAVO for any private, commercial or political mailing is strictly forbidden.
- Users of BRAVO’s Broadcast E-Mail tool must accept the responsibility to “unsubscribe” any member of their group that requests not to receive e-mails from the group in the future (see instructions.)
- Users of BRAVO's Web Site Templates must abide by the style and content guidelines.
Violation of these guidelines in any form will result in immediate termination of access and privileges.
The terms and guidelines that you signed to become a registered user of the Brown Alumni Association site and the BRAVO tool are the same. Review the full text of those terms and guidelines.
