Submitting Forms by Fax or Mail
Using paper forms
You are always welcome to fill out paper contact forms if you are not comfortable using eBASC. Forms can be mailed or faxed to the BASC Office using the contact information below. If you are mailing forms, please try to mail them at least a week before the deadline (December 1 for Early Decision and March 1 for Regular Decision) to make sure they arrive at the Admission Office in time to be included in the applications.
