Strengthen your career connections

Women’s Launch Pad (WLP)

A mentoring program for Brown women

The WLP is designed for Brown senior class women navigating the transition to life beyond Brown. Established to create a strong multigenerational community of Brown women, the WLP has fostered more than 1,000 mentoring relationships.

WLP Resources

For Future Mentees (Alumnae’s Perspectives):

For Current Mentors:

  • Video presentations: Mentor training, panels, and more. Every mentoring relationship is unique. Here are video resources to help both mentees and mentors build, navigate, and sustain successful mentoring relationships.
  • Do you have a story you want to share? An amazing mentoring experience or perhaps an inspiring mentor/mentee highlight? Please submit your mentoring success story!
  • A Mentor Toolkit (pdf) of University resources offers additional support and guidance for your mentoring experience addressing common questions related to the career development process: self-assessment, career research, networking and job search/graduate school preparation.
