Whether you are currently in transition or considering a search, the BAA’s online suite of career tools for alumni are valuable at every career stage.

The Brown Alumni Career Navigator

The Navigator has four core components: assessment, research, job board and networks.

• Assessment/Coaching

  Use the new Brown Executive/Career Coach Referral Program* to actively manage your career development by working with fellow alumni who are executive and/or career coaches.

  Use Focus to identify career goals by increasing awareness of personal and professional interests, personality, skills and values.

  Find fast, accurate, up-to-date information on companies and contacts in a wide range of industries through CareerSearch.

• Job Board

  Featuring hundreds of positions, the Brown Alumni Job Boardis a dynamic system offering streamlined search and posting features for job seekers and employers.

  Post a job through the Brown Alumni Job Board’s employer page.

• Networks

  Use BRUnet, Brown’s more than 5,400 member career network, to connect with alumni in a variety of fields through informational interviews. [Also: Join BRUnet]

  Join Brown alumni groups on LinkedIn around specific industries and interests.
