Content, including audio and video files, is automatically downloaded right to the user's computer through the aggregator with this RSS Feed.

Some podcatchers you might want to use include iTunes, Odeo, & Podcast Alley.
If you would like to download video podcasts to your iPod, you must use iTunes.
