An accomplished attorney and senior manager with nearly 30 years of service in the Office for Civil Rights, U.S. Department of Education, Rosetta Hillary developed skills as a master troubleshooter and change agent. Addressing issues related to race, disability, age, and gender discrimination, Rosetta led both field office and headquarters staff in efforts to enforce Federal civil rights laws.
In August 2008, Rosetta established a consulting and coaching firm for executives and organizations designed to assist in troubleshooting, leadership development, increasing management capacity, and promoting overall life mastery. Rosetta brings 10 years of experience as an executive coach and personal coach to her new venture along with numerous other leadership and management skills that she acquired during her tenure with the Office for Civil Rights.

Ellen Hunter started a company with two classmates, Langston Dugger and Adam Mangana, then pursued an MBA. Ellen served as Vice Chair of the annual Whitney M. Young conference, sponsored by Wharton's African American MBA Association, and was fortunate to receive a full-tuition Howard E. Mitchell fellowship award. Ellen is committed to and active in recruiting students of color for Wharton and for the Boston Consulting Group, where she currently works as a Consultant in the Atlanta office.

Tiffani Scott began her career as a Mechanical Design Engineer at United Technologies where she designed and developed enhancements for the NASA spacesuit. A few years later, she pursued her MBA at NYU Stern School of Business. After graduating, she was hired as a Supply Chain Planner at Johnson & Johnson where she served as a project lead on multiple projects related to enterprise resource planning. Currently, she is a Global Demand Planner at BASF where she is implementing a demand planning process for the chemical catalyst division. Tiffani has been an active volunteer in various organizations including: tutoring students in math and providing consulting to small businesses. She is currently on the IPC Communications Committee where she has assisted in publishing the newsletter and disseminating the National Survey, and she is also on the Events Planning Committee for IPC New York.
