Help Create the First Ever A4 Endowed Scholarship!
Boldly Brown: The Alumni of Color Initiative
As part of our mission to move Brown boldly forward, the Alumni of Color Initiative asks for your support in creating the first Asian/Asian American Alumni Alliance (A4) Endowed Scholarship. Your donation will help ensure that Asian/Asian American students have the financial support they need to successfully complete their Brown experience. Your contribution will also help ensure that Brown remains a place that is committed to diversity and intellectual pluralism.
We have until June 30 to reach our goal of $250,000. We just passed the $30,000 mark, so we still have a ways to go. Remember that in these tough economic times, students need our help more than ever so please help us create a legacy for those to come after us. In doing so, we will truly move our community Boldly forward.
Ever Boldly. Ever True. Ever Brown.
How to help? Just allocate a portion of your regular gift to the A4 Endowed Scholarship Fund and you're all set. We suggest allocating 40% of your gift to the Brown Annual Fund and the remaining 60% to A4 Endowed Scholarship Fund.
NOTE: At the gift selection page, please scroll all the way down to the bottom to find the heading "Boldly Brown: The Alumni of Color Initiative." From there, just check the box for "Endowed Scholarship Funds" and select "Asian/Asian American." It's a little hard to find but truly worth it.
