This spectacular, award-winning multimedia fire installation was invented by artist Barnaby Evans ’75. Hovering above the surface of the river, ninety-seven bonfires combined with specially-selected musical backgrounds make strolling Providence’s Waterplace Park a timeless, magical experience.
Visit the many activities offered during WaterFire, including the Brown Ballroom dancers featuring instruction, dancing performances, and dancing for everyone. Many food and beverage options are available throughout the WaterFire area.
