Reunion Housing

On-Campus Housing

Housing questions should be directed to the Office of Residential Life, (401) 863-2337, located in North Wayland (access from Wayland Arch).

Accommodations are available in Brown residence halls beginning Friday at noon. The cost is $52 per person per night with a two-night minimum. Both singles (one extra-long single bed) and doubles (two extra-long single beds) are available. Accommodations are free for those classes out 50 years or more, but advance reservations are still required.

Visit the Office of Residential Life website for more information and to make your reservation. The online reservation deadline is Friday, May 1, 2009 by midnight ET.

For the majority of on-campus rooms, there are shared bathroom facilities and stairs to climb. (If you have special needs, please indicate so when you make your reservation.) All rooms are furnished with basic essentials such as bed linens, pillow, blanket, towels and soap. Although additional items can be purchased locally, you may wish to pack an alarm clock, a hand mirror, a small fan, or other amenities to make your stay more enjoyable.

Room keys can be picked up with your registration packet at your registration site. Should you arrive after the registration sites close at 10:30 pm on Friday, room keys can be picked up at the Office of Residential Life in North Wayland until 11:00 pm. Anyone arriving after 11:00 pm will have to check in with the Department of Public Safety at Faunce House to gain access to your room.

Upon check-out, housing keys are to be turned in to one of the following locations: Office of Residential Life in North Wayland; Key drop box at Student Central tent just past Wayland Arch; Public Safety Office drop box located at Faunce House; Vartan Gregorian Quad drop box just outside the Inn at Brown.

Saturday: 7:30 am–6:00 pm
Sunday: 7:30 am–3:00 pm
Monday: 8:00 am–Noon
