Campus Dance is an outdoor event and will still be held even in the occurrence of light rain. However in the unlikely event of stormy weather with heavy rains, the Dance will be cancelled. Notification will be on this website, an outgoing voice mail message at 401-863-1027 and signage at the main entrance to the Dance.

Refunds will ONLY be issued if the Campus Dance is cancelled due to inclement weather. Refunds will not be issued for any other reason.

Night of the Dance Refunds:
Refunds will be issued from 8-11 pm the night of the Dance (May 22, 2009) at Maddock Alumni Center. Refunds will not be issued without ticket and receipt.

Refunds after May 22:
Refunds may be obtained by mailing your Dance ticket and receipt to the Campus Dance Refund Office, Box 1859, Brown University, Providence, RI, 02912. Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing. If necessary, pre-addressed envelopes will be available at the Maddock Alumni Center throughout the weekend.

All refunds will be issued by Visa, MasterCard or AMEX credit to your account or cash - whichever method you used to purchase your tickets and/or table. If you are requesting a refund via mail and paid cash, you will receive a Brown University Check.
