Men’s Lacrosse Drops Overtime Decision in NCAA First Round
In their first NCAA Tournament appearance since 1997 and the 12th in school history, the Bears were matched up against Johns Hopkins, making its 38th straight appearance. After battling toe-to-toe for the first 60 minutes, the game went into overtime and a Hopkins goal led to a 12-11 win. |

Men’s Crew Varsity Eight Earns First Team All-Ivy Honors
Nine Bears from the varsity eight were honored with a First Team All-Ivy appearance. Bruno earned the nod by being the top Ivy League crew to finish, meaning that the varsity eight comprised the top squad. Harvard, the second place finisher, received Second Team All-Ivy recognition. |

Baseball Recap: Team Sets School Record with 15 Ivy Wins
The baseball team recently wrapped up a terrific 2009 season that saw a number of memorable games for the Bears, who finished at 24-19-1. Highlights of the season included a near-perfect home record of 16-1-1 and a school record for Ivy League wins with 15. |

In a close race, the Bears squeezed past the Bulldogs by .1 seconds, retaining the Nat and Anne Case Cup and upping their dual race record to 5-1 on the season. |
