Welcome to the Brown community in DC! We look forward to connecting with you through our many regular and special events. We encourage you to check out the events page to see what is going on. The young alumni community is particularly active, and hosts potlucks and happy hours every month. The Brown Club of DC also brings speakers from Brown every year, and hosts all ages happy hours as well. The public interest community is also active, with several events each semester bringing the community together.
We are hoping to hear from you about what we can do to serve the Brown community in Washington more effectively. We are always looking for new ideas for events, public service activities, or anything else. If you have an idea for an activity, please call or email us and we will be happy to discuss with you how we can work together to serve Brown alumni and the Washington, D.C. community. For the many Brown alumni in the area who have never joined the Brown Club of Washington, D.C., or come to any activity, we hope that many of you will consider becoming more involved, and we pledge to do our best to make sure there are activities for every Brown alumnus.
