--Looking for a roommate! I must move into to a cute 2 bedroom apartment in eastern market (1316 constitution ave). Its one block north of Lincoln Park and in a great area. The apartment has a great little back patio/yard area, central air, washer/dryer, is recently remodeled and looks amazing! Its less than a 15 minute walk to the eastern market metro and has a bus line around the corner! I've furnished everything except the 2nd bedroom. Male or female roommate is great. I am looking for a 3rd roommate for my apartment that is in Adams Morgan - located one block from 18th and Columbia Ave Intersection (great location for restaurants, shops, bars, etc), but on a quiet street. 7 minute walk to red line metro station and numerous buses run one block away; 1 min walk to Adams Morgan/18th Street; 10 min walk to Dupont Circle. The apartment is a 3 bedroom apartment with a large living room and kitchen with new appliances. My other roommate and I have been living here for almost 2 years, and the apartment is really nice, convenient, and much less expensive than other units on our street! We're looking for someone who is neat, friendly, preferably female. Rent is under $1000 plus a small amount for utitlities (cable, wireless internet, and electricity).
