 A great occasion for newly admitted students from Fairfield County to meet each other before heading off to Providence. Location: at the home of Karen and Ward Mazzucco '75, 44 Wood Road, Redding. 72 DAYS TO GO: FORECASTING AND RECOUNTING ELECTION 2008 
Join us for a very timely faculty lecture and discussion with Brown Professor Jennifer Lawless, who will examine the dynamics of the 2008 presidential election, highlighting the good, the bad, and the ugly, and will assess the prospects for victory and governing for Barack Obama and John McCain. Professor Lawless is a nationally recognized political science expert who specializes in women and politics, public opinion and statistics, and in 2006 was a candidate for the U.S. House of Representatives in Rhode Island's second congressional district. Location: Stamford Yacht Club, 97 Ocean Drive West, Stamford. Admission: $15 for Club Members, $20 for Non-Members (click here to become a Member). Refreshments will be provided.
