Panelist Biographies:

Jordan H. Peters 65, Founder and Senior Partner, Freeborn & Peters LLP - Mr. Peters is a founder of Chicago-based Freeborn & Peters LLP, and a Senior Partner in the firm's Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group. He has more than 30 years experience representing parties in real estate transactions. Mr. Peters community involvement includes pro bono representation of charitable organizations in the Chicago metropolitan area, service as a member of the Board of Directors of the Ely Chapter of Lambda Alpha International, and as a member of the Board of Trustees of The John Marshall Law School. Mr. Peters graduated from John Marshall Law School with highest honors.

A. Benjamin Goldgar 79, Judge, U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois - Judge Goldgar was appointed a Judge on the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois in 2003. Prior to his appointment, Judge Goldgar served as a Supervising Attorney in the Civil Appeals Division of the Illinois Attorney General's Office. From 1982 to 1995, Judge Goldgar was in private practice with the Chicago firm Keck, Mahin & Cate. Judge Goldgar received his J.D. in 1982 from Northwestern University School of Law where he was a member of the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology.

Christine A. Leahy 86, Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, CDW Corporation - Ms. Leahy joined CDW in 2002 as the companys first in-house counsel. She is responsible for CDWs legal, corporate governance and compliance functions. Ms. Leahy is also a founder and current sponsor of the Women-to-Women Network at CDW which focuses on leadership and development. Prior to joining CDW, Ms. Leahy was a corporate partner in the Chicago office of Sidley Austin LLP, where she specialized in corporate governance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions and strategic counseling. Ms. Leahy received her J.D. from Boston College Law School.

Daniel G. Hildebrand 88, Partner, Mayer Brown LLP - Mr. Hildebrand is a partner in the litigation group at the international law firm Mayer Brown LLP, where he has practiced since 1993. His areas of specialty include securities and business fraud, professional liability defense and first amendment law. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Mr. Hildebrand clerked for Judge Walter Cummings of the U.S. Court of Appeals in Chicago and served as a Special Assistant Attorney General for the State of Illinois. Mr. Hildebrand graduated from Yale Law School in 1992.

Daniel D. Rubinstein 91, Assistant U.S. Attorney, Northern District of Illinois - Mr. Rubinstein joined the Chicago U.S. Attorneys Office as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in 2004, and is presently working in the Complex Fraud Section and coordinating the Offices prosecution of Iranian terrorism matters. From 2000-2004, he served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in Los Angeles, California, where he prosecuted public corruption and government fraud matters. Mr. Rubinstein is an adjunct law professor at the University of Chicago where he teaches Advanced Federal Criminal Practice, and he clerked for United States District Judge Ernest C. Torres in the District of Rhode Island following his graduation from Boston University School of Law, cum laude, in 1995.
